All of the information collected via this website is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling our customers' orders, managing their accounts, and informing customers directly about site updates and periodic specials. If the need arises, we may call the contact number customers provided to resolve an issue. However, customers will never receive any sort of phone solicitation from Chilo’s Chile. We do not share any of the information provided by our customers with any other business or organization for any purposes or reasons whatsoever.

If at any time you no longer wish to receive emails or wish to have your account terminated, please let us know. Please include as much info as possible with your request, such as your name, address, and telephone number. Upon receipt of your request, we will promptly delete you from our systems. 

There is no warranty, representation, or condition of any kind, and any warranty, express or implied, is hereby excluded and disclaimed, including the implied warranty of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose.

It is understood and agreed that the seller's liability and purchaser's sole remedy, whether in contract, under any warranty, in tort (including negligence), in strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the return of the amount of the purchase price paid by the purchaser, and under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury (arising from food or other allergies) or other claims, even if the seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The price stated for the merchandise is a consideration in limiting the seller's liability and the purchaser's remedy.

The seller will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses as a result of the purchaser's negligence, whether deemed active or passive, and whether or not such negligence is the sole cause of any such damage, loss, or expense.
